Bishop voted NO on subsidizing insurance for Medicare Rx drug coverage, NO on denying non-emergency treatment for lack of Medicare co-pay and supports the Affordable Care Act.

He is in favor or enhancing education opportunities for veterans, minimizing college tuition increases, and boosting college aid. 

Bishop voted YES on building a fence along the Mexican boarder, YES to preventing tipping off Mexicans about Minuteman Project, and NO on reporting illegal aliens who receive hospital treatment.
