President Trump wins West Virginia with 68.7% of the votes in the 2020 election. West Virginia favored Trump in 2016 by 42%.

According to the New York Times, West Virginia has not voted democratic in a presidential election since Bill Clinton in 1996.  Biden held 29.6% of votes in West Virginia. The Libertarian and Green party collectively held 1.6% of the votes. 

Republican incumbent Shelly Moore Capito is re-elected to the U.S. Senate seat for West Virginia with 70.4% of the votes. In 2015, Capito was the first female senator to represent West Virginia. 

There are 3 republican incumbents in the House of Representatives representing WV and all 3 were re-elected to the house. 

Every county in West Virginia voted republican for the president and House of Representatives, while one county voted democrat for the Senate.
